Product Information
This product is a data package for OceanBox users. After payment completion, an OceanBox ID/PIN key matching the selected fleet code and data capacity will be issued. The buyer can view the key on the confirmation page and receive it by email and SMS.
How to Use
- Enter the correct 6-character fleet code when purchasing the product.
- Enter the issued OceanBox ID and PIN into the OceanBox device or management screen to activate the data package.
- The key is valid only for the selected fleet code and cannot be used with another fleet.
Important Notes
- The data key is a digital product and is issued immediately after payment completion.
- If a wrong fleet code is entered, customer support verification may be required.
- Refunds may be restricted once the key has been registered in OceanBox and usage has started.
